About Her Health
Our practice was founded on the understanding that women’s health is personal. It’s shaped by physical changes, emotional experiences, and life transitions. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, or routine care, you deserve providers who see you as a whole person, not a checklist.
We offer customized care that is with you through every step. Every appointment is designed to feel calm, not rushed, and collaborative — a space where your questions are welcomed and your voice matters.
HER Health exists to support women through every phase of life, with care that feels both clinically excellent and also human.
To provide women with compassionate, comprehensive healthcare that prioritizes dignity, trust, and individualized support — empowering patients to feel confident in their bodies and their health.

Eve (Chavy) Rosenstock DNP, CNM, IBCLC
FOUNDER
Eve began her career as a labor and delivery nurse, spending 15 years supporting women through some of the most intimate and transformative moments of their lives in the hospital setting. Through this experience, she developed a deep understanding of both the strengths and limits of traditional obstetric care. She saw firsthand how standardized protocols can sometimes overshadow a woman’s individual needs and this inspired her to create a more personalized, compassionate approach to childbirth.
Driven by this calling, Eve pursued advanced training at Stony Brook University, earning her degree as an Advanced Practice Nurse and Certified Nurse Midwife. She later completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice, further strengthening her expertise in safe, evidence-based care while embracing a philosophy centered on the woman’s experience, autonomy, and comfort.
Eve is a passionate advocate for physiologic birth, helping women navigate pregnancy and labor in ways that honor their bodies, choices, and cultural or religious values. She combines clinical excellence with attentive support, education, and advocacy; empowering women to make informed decisions and feel truly seen, heard, and respected throughout their birth journey.
Eve offers guidance that balances safety with the dignity and intimacy of birth, helping women feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
Outside of her clinical work, Eve is committed to mentoring future midwives and advancing thoughtful, woman-centered maternity care, ensuring that every woman has the knowledge, support, and trust she deserves during one of life’s most meaningful milestones.

She cares for women in both home and hospital birth settings and supports women’s health from adolescence through every stage of life.
Her approach is gentle, attentive, and grounded. She believes the most meaningful care begins with listening, trust, and a steady presence. It is important to her that women feel comfortable, respected, and safe as they move through experiences that are often deeply personal and life-changing.
Midwifery is more than a profession to Sarah. She feels honored to walk alongside women and families during these moments, offering care that feels calm, nurturing, and held, while honoring the values, comfort, and dignity of each woman and family.
